دور الحوكمة المؤسسية في تعزيز تنافسية المؤسسة الاقتصادية –دراسة تطبيقية على مؤسسة مدبغة الجلود بجيجل –taj-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وإبراز مدى تبني مؤسسة 'مدبغة الجلود بجيجل' أبعاد الحوكمة المؤسسية، وذلك من خلال قياس درجة تطبيقها لمبادئ الحوكمة المؤسسية التي أقرتها منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية، والمتمثلة في توفر الإطار الفعال للحوكمة، وحقوق المساهمين، والمعاملة المتساوية للمساهمين، ودور أصحاب المصالح، والإفصاح والشفافية، ومسؤوليات مجلس الإدارة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تبحث هذه الدراسة في أثر تبني أبعاد الحوكمة المؤسسية على الميزة التنافسية لمدبغة جيجل، وقد تم استخدام أسلوب الاستبيان لتحديد الأثر بين المتغيرين محل الدراسة، وذلك بتوزيع 19 استبانة على عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها وجود مستوى تبني عال لأغلب أبعاد الحوكمة المؤسسية، وتحقيق مستويات عالية للميزة التنافسية، ووجود أثار ذات دلالة إحصائية لتبني أبعاد الحوكمة المؤسسية في تعزيز تنافسية المؤسسة المدروسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: حوكمة الشركات؛ مبادئ منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية؛ الميزة التنافسية؛ ركائز الميزة التنافسية؛ مدبغة جيجل. Abstract : The aim of this study is to analyze and demonstrate the extent to which the Jijel tanning enterprise has adopted the dimensions of corporate governance, by measuring the degree of its application of the OECD principles of corporate governance (ensuring the basis of an effective corporate governance framework, the rights of shareholders and key ownership functions, the equitable treatment of shareholders, the role of stakeholders in corporate governance, disclosure and transparency, the responsibilities of the board). In addition, this study examines the impact of adopting corporate governance dimensions on the competitive advantage of the Jijel tanning enterprise. The questionnaire method was used to determine the effect between the two variables studied by dividing 19 questionnaires on a random sample of the study population.The study reached a number of results, the most important being the high level of adoption of most of the dimensions of corporate governance, achieving high levels of competitive advantage, and the existence of statistically significant implications for adopting the dimensions of corporate governance in consolidating the competitiveness of the enterprise.
