دور تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في دعم الميزة التنافسية لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التوصل إلى كيفية تعايش المؤسسة الخدمية الجزائرية مع الظروف الجديدة والمتجددة، التغير البيئي السريع والمناخ المتقلب والناتجة كلها عن التطورات التكنولوجية بما في ذلك تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال والتي تتيح بدورها فرصا وتهديدات لوجود المؤسسة في البيئة التي تتنافس فيها، فكيف للمؤسسة الخدمية الجزائرية أن تجعل من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال وامتلاكها فرصة للتفوق والتميز؟ لقد تم التوصل إلى أن مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر تسعى إلى امتلاك تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال واستخدامها بالشكل الأوسع الذي يسمح بدعم وتطوير مزاياها التنافسية، ثم تم تدعيم هذه النتائج بآراء وتوجهات عينة من إطارات مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر والذين أكدوا ومن خلال إجاباتهم بأن مؤسستهم تسعى للحصول على التكنولوجيا المتطورة للمعلومات والإتصال وتستخدمها بالكثافة التي تسمح لها بتطوير مزاياها التنافسية. Abstract: This study aimed to try reaching the way that the economical enterprise uses to coexist with new and renewable conditions, and the rapid environmental change, which are a result of technological developments including information and communication technology which gives in turn opportunities and threats to the existence of the enterprise in the environment where it competes. So how does the economical enterprise make from information and communication technology and its ownership, an opportunity to excel and excellence? Through the study in both its theoretical and applied side, have been reached that the modern economical enterprise seeks to own information and communication technology and use it in large way, in order to support the competitive advantage. Then these results were strengthened by views and orientations of a sample of managers working in Algerian Telecom Enterprise
