الادارة الالكترونية ودورها في عصرنة العدالة

Résumé: يعتبر قطاع العدالة من المرافق ذات الاهمية البالغة لارتباط خدماته بالمصالح الضرورية للمواطنين، الشيء الذي دفع الدولة الجزائرية الى السعي نحو تطويرها، تماشيا والمتطلبات الحديثة في مجال تقديم الخدمات اللتي من بينها السرعة والفعالية، وذلك من خلال استحداث نوع جديد على مستواها ألا وهي الخدمة الإلكترونية، بدلا من الطرق التقليدية بهدف القضاء على البيروقراطية في المعاملات، وكذلك حماية الحقوق المقررة للمواطنين، وهذا بتكريس تشريعات وأنظمة مواكبة لهذا النوع من الخدمات ذات الطابع التقني والمعقد. The sector of justice is considered as one of the facilities of gre at importance due to its services which are related to citizens’ interests , this prompted the algerien gouvernment to seek its dévelopment in line with the modern requirements in the field of delivery services, including speed and éfficiency . this is done through the dévelopment of a new type on its level . the latter is the électronic service instead of the traditional méthods. This aims at eliminating bureaucracy in transactions and at protecting citizens’ rights . this is to devote législations and systems in line with this type of services of téchnical and complex nature
