Résumé: نهدف من خلال دراستنا إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة القطاع السياحي كمصدر تمويل للتنمية المحلية في الجزائر حيث وجدت الكثير من الدول السياحية بديلا استراتيجيا لاستغلال مواردها السياحية بشكل يضمن استدامتها ويغنيها عن الاعتماد على مصادر المحروقات، وهذا مرتبط بفكر الوعي لدى أفراد المجتمع ويتطلب تحقيق ثقافة سياحية لدى كل فرد لبلوغ الأهداف السياحية وبالتالي تحقيق أهداف التنمية ككل كما هو الحال بالنسبة لتركيا والتي تعد من التجارب الرائدة في مجال السياحة. Through our study, we aim to find out the extent to which the tourism sector contributes as a source of funding for local development in Algeria, where many tourism countries have found a strategic alternative to exploiting their tourism resources in a way that ensures their sustainability and prevents them from relying on sources of hydrocarbons, and this is linked to the thought of awareness among the members of society and requires achieving a tourism culture for everyone to achieve tourism goals and thus achieve the development goals as a whole, as is the case in Turkey, which is one of the leading experiences in the field of tourism.
