أثر إدارة رأس المال الفكري في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بالمنطقة الصناعية المسيلة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة إبراز أثر إدارة رأس المال الفكري في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية، حيث تناول البحث دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية المتواجدة بالمنطقة الصناعية بولاية المسيلة، ولتحقيق ذلك من الناحية العملية فقد تم جمع وتحليل آراء (83) عاملا من العاملين الإداريين المتواجدين في ستة مؤسسات اقتصادية بالمنطقة الصناعية المسيلة، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق إستمارة تم تصميمها كأداة لقياس نموذج الدراسة، واستخدمت الدراسة الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية لاختبار فرضياتها، ومن أبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة أن هناك اهتمام بإدارة رأس المال الفكري للمؤسسات محل الدراسة، كما توجد علاقة تأثير وارتباط موجبة وذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة رأس المال الفكري وبين تحسين أداء هاته المؤسسات محل الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: رأس المال الفكري، الأداء، تحسين الأداء، المؤسسات الاقتصادية. This study is designed to attempt to highlight the impact of intellectual capital management in improving the performance of economic institutions, where the search field study of a sample of the existing economic institutions in the industrial area in the tear, to achieve this in practice, the collection and analysis of guest (83) a factor of six administrative staff located in the industrial area of msila economic institutions, and the collection of data through the application form has been designed as a tool to measure the model of the study, the study used Descriptive and Inferential statistical methods to test to infuse more clarity, the most prominent of the findings of the study that there is an interest in the management of intellectual capital and the institutions under study, there are also linked to the impact of the positive link with statistical significance between the Department of intellectual capital and improve the performance of these institutions.
