مكانة القطاع الفلاحي من الإستثمارات الكلية في الجزائر - دراسة حالة لواقع الإستثمار في القطاع الفلاحي بولاية ورقلة (2002-2023)-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء بشكل تحليلي حول موضوع ترقية القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر عبر آلية الإستثمار في الفترة 2002-2019، وهذا من خلال الوقوف على مدى إستقطاب القطاع الفلاحي للمستثمرين مقارنة بالقطاعات الأخرى ، في ظل إيلاء الدولة أهمية كبيرة للفلاحة ، بإعتبارها قطاعا إستراتيجيا وبديلا إقتصاديا، نظرا للإمكانيات الهائلة التي تتوفر عليها البلاد في هذا المجال. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مساهمة الإستثمار في ترقية الفلاحة ضعيف ولم يرقى إلى تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة، وهو ما يتطلب تصحيح الإختلالات التي شوهت مناخ الإستثمار الفلاحي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإستثمار ، الإستثمار الفلاحي ، القطاع الفلاحي ، الحوافز، الجزائر. Abstract: This study aims to enrich and address the problem of upgrading the agricultural sector in Algeria through the investment mechanism in the period 2002-2019, and this is by examining the extent to which the agricultural sector attracts investors compared to other sectors, in light of the state's attaching great importance to agriculture, as a strategic sector and an economic alternative, Due to the enormous potential that the country has in this field The results of the study showed that the contribution of investment in the promotion of agriculture is weak and did not amount to achieving the set goals, which requires correcting the imbalances that distorted the agricultural investment climate Keywords: investment, Agricultural investment , agricultural sector , incentives , Algeria.
