لزواج في المغرب الإسلامي خلال العصر الوسيط انطلاقا من كتاب المعيار للونشريسي

Résumé: يتمحور هذا المقال حول ظاهرة الزواج في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي في العصر الوسيط، حيث كانت ولا تزال هناك بعض العادات والتقاليد الراسخة في أواسط أسر المغرب الإسلامي فيما يخص إقامة الزواج بداية من مرحلة الخطوبة التي تتم في دار العروس بمساعدة إحدى الخاطبات مرورا إلى مرحلة الصداق الذي يتفق عليه الطرفين ومنه المقدم والمؤجل وصولا إلى عقد القران بين الزوجين ثم التفرغ لإعداد الجهاز الذي كان مفخرة بين الأسر المغاربية ومحط تباهي بين العائلات فيمن يجهز ابنته بأفخم الثياب، وأخيرا الاحتفال بيوم الزفاف الذي يُعد فيه ما لذَ وطاب، وفيه يُقدم العريس ذبحا يُقام به المأكل ليأكل أهل العروس والعريس معًا. This article study the phénomène of marriage in the islamic meghreb in the middle ages where there were customs and traditions that are spread among families and are still today, startining by the engagement what takes place in the bride’s house, then the dowry which the bothfamimies agree on amount of money, after that the marriage contact and the trousseau wich was the pride of all the Maghreb families and a reason to show off among the families about who prepares his daugther with the expensive and best clothes. Finally, the wedding day when the most delicious Food is prepared as the groon holds a feast for groon’s and bride’s families.
