Résumé: الملخص: تتمحورُ فِكْرَةُ البحثِ حول تطبيقات خطاب الضمان المصرفيِّ في ضوء المعايير الشرعية لأيوفي دراسةً تطبيقيّةً على مصرف الشارقة الإسلاميّ تَجْمَعُ الإشكالاتِ المختصَّةَ بالتطبيقات لخطاب الضمان المصرفي بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، والتحليل الفقهي للإشكالات باعتبار أقوال الفقهاء والمجامع الفقهية وكذلك المعايير الشرعية لأيوفي، والتي أُلزِمت بها المصارف الإسلاميّة في دولة الإمارات من خلال الهيئة العليا الشرعية بالمصرف المركزي الإماراتي. Abstract: The idea of this research revolves around the applications of the bank guarantee letter in light of AAOIFI’s Sharia standards. An applied study on Sharjah Islamic Bank collects the problems related to the applications of the bank guarantee letter in the United Arab Emirates, and the jurisprudential analysis of the problems considering the sayings of jurists and jurisprudence councils, as well as the AAOIFI Sharia standards, which the Islamic banks in the UAE are obligated through the Higher Shariah Authority of the Central Bank of the UAE.
