علاقة العطل المرضية بالسير الحسن للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة ديوان الترقية و التسيير العقاري لولاية معسكر.

Résumé: البحث المتناول يحاول تغطية أثر العطل المرضية على الموظف وعلى علاقاته مع زملائه و على السير الحسن لمؤسسته. و التي يلجأ إليها بدوره نتيجة ضغوط يواجهها داخل العمل و خارجه. فقد يشعر العامل أحيانا بعدم الاستقرار في مكان عمله أو خارجه، نتيجة ضغوطات يصبح يعاني منها خاصة مع عدم توفر الحاجات التي يسعى الى تحقيقها فتؤثر على حياته الاجتماعية و المهنية وتعيق آداه و عمله. وتصبح وسيلة هروبه من محيط عمله هي العطلة المرضية و تعيق بدورها مصالح المؤسسة الاقتصادية، على اعتبار اختلاف نوعية و درجة الضغوط حسب نوعية الوظيفة أو رتبة العامل و تصنيفه. The research is trying to cover the impact of sick days on the employed and on his relationships with his colleagues and the good product of his institution. Which he also resorts to it, a result of the pressures at work and abroad. The worker may sometimes feel unstable in his workplace or outside as a result of pressures that he suffers from, especially with the unavailability of the needs that he seeks to achieve, which affects his social and professional life, impeding his performance and work. And the means of escaping from his work environment becomes the sick day, which in turn hinders the interests of the economic institution, given the difference in the quality and degree of pressure according to the type of job or the rank and classification of the worker
