الدولة الفاشلة وعلاقتها بالنزاع الاجتماعي المتأصل مدخل سياسي اقتصادي- دولة الصومال نموذجا

Résumé: تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على علاقة الدولة الفاشلة بالنزاع الاجتماعي المتأصل ، و هذا بهدف إبراز تأثير العوامل السياسية و الاقتصادية للدولة الفاشلة في تمديد هذه النزاعات نتيجة حرمان الجماعات المكونة لها من احتياجاتها الأساسية ، و إلى مدى تحقق ذلك على مستوى دولة الصومال، ولإتمام إجراءات الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتوصيف كل من مفهوم النزاع الاجتماعي المتأصل و الدولة الفاشلة ولتحليل علاقة الدولة الفاشلة سياسيا و اقتصاديا في تمديد النزاعات، و بمنهج دراسة الحالة عند التطرق إلى دولة الصومال، و قد تم الوصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن فشل دولة الصومال سياسيا في ظل التنازع على السلطة، و اقتصاديا من حيث العجز الاقتصادي ابرز مظاهره هي النزاعات الاجتماعية بين القبائل الصومالية للسيطرة على الحكم، وهو الأمر الذي يجعل دولة الصومال تدخل في دوامة النزاعات الاجتماعية المتأصلة. Abstract: This study attempts to shed light on the relationship of the failed state with the inherent social conflict, with the aim of highlighting the impact of the political and economic factors of the failed state in extending these conflicts as a result of depriving the constituent groups of their basic needs, and the extent to which this was achieved at the level of the Somali state, and to complete the study procedures The descriptive analytical method was used to describe both the concept of the inherent social conflict and the failed state and to analyze the relationship of the failed state politically and economically in extending conflicts, and the case study method when addressing the state of Somalia, The conclusion was reached that the political failure of the Somali state in light of the power struggle, and economically in terms of the economic deficit, the most prominent manifestations are the social conflicts between the Somali tribes to control the rule, which makes the Somali state enter into the cycle of inherent social conflicts.
