Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع الاختصاص بنظر دعوى الإشكال في تنفيذ الأحكام الجنائية في القانون الجزائري، مقارنة بما ذهب إليه المشرع المصري الذي يعتبر من التشريعات السباقة إلى سن أحكام تتعلق بإشكالات تنفيذ الحكم الجنائي Abstract: This study focuses mainly on the subject of the jurisdiction of the judicial authorities in making decisions on the execution of criminal judgments in the Algerian legislation, in comparison with the Egyptian one, which took more in the implementation of the laws concern the conflicts. the execution of criminal judgments.
