أسباب ظاهرة الفقر ومؤشرات قياسها

Résumé: تعد ظاهرة الفقر أحد أهم التحديات التي تسعى إستراتيجية التنمية البشرية المستدامة إلى معالجتها و التقليل من أثارها الوخيمة الاقتصادية منها و الاجتماعية من خلال تحسين الظروف المعيشية الملائمة لاستثمار القدرات و الانتفاع بها على المدى الطويل، وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة وصف ظاهرة الفقر من خلال التطرق إلى أسبابها سواء الداخلية منها أو الخارجية، كما حاولنا قياس ظاهرة الفقر بالاعتماد على بعض المؤشرات التي من شأنها المساهمة بشكل فعال على تشخيص ناجع للظاهرة بهدف التقليل من أثارها الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية خاصة في الدول النامية. الكلمات المفتاحية: ظاهرة الفقر، أسباب الفقر، قياس الفقر، خط الفقر، مؤشر الفقر. Abstract : The phenomenon of poverty is one of the most important challenges that the strategy of sustainable human development seeks to address and reduce its severe economic and social effects through improving the living conditions appropriate for the investment of the potentialities to draw the benfits in the long-term. This study addressed the description of the phenomenon of poverty by addressing its causes both internal and external, and we tried to measure the phenomenon of poverty based on some indicators that would contribute effectively to the diagnosis of the phenomenon to reduce its impact on the economic and social aspects, especially in developing countries.
