تطبيق تدقيق الموارد البشرية (المنهجية والأدوات)

Résumé: تنسجم مشكلة البحث الحالية مع أهمية موضوع التدقيق الاجتماعي (تدقيق الموارد البشرية) واتساع نطاقه وتعدد جوانبه وامتداداته، فضلا عن تأثيراته الكبيرة في الكثير من جوانب إدارة الموارد البشرية، بحيث يسهم في تقديم حلول ومقترحات للمشاكل التي تواجه هذه الإدارة خاصة في المؤسسات الجزائرية. وبشكل عام يمكن طرح الإشكالية التالية: ما هي منهجية تطبيق تدقيق الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الجزائرية؟ وما هي أدوات تطبيقه؟ The current research problem is consistent with the importance of the topic of social auditing (human resource auditing), its broadness, its many aspects and its extensions, as well as its significant effects on many aspects of human resource management, so that it contributes to providing solutions and proposals for the problems facing this department, especially in Algerian institutions.
