حماية البيئة في مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية (مدينة مصدر أنموذجاً)

Résumé: يعد هذا البحث أول بحث يسلط الضوء على قضية حماية البيئة من خلال ربطها بمقاصد الشريعة الضرورية، وإظهار العلاقة بينهما، مع التطبيق على أرض الواقع من خلال عرض أنموذج مشروع "مدينة مصدر" من جانب الشريعة الإسلامية، وذلك لإخراج دور المقاصد من دائرة النظر إلى الواقع العملي، وإظهار العلاقة المتبادلة بين المقاصد الضرورية وحماية البيئة، بتأصيلها من الكتاب والسنة، وربطها بالحقائق العلمية والمشروعات والخدمات والأبحاث التي تعمل مصدر على تقديمها لأبوظبي والعالم. Abstract: This research is the first research to shed light on the issue of protecting the environment by linking it to the objectives of the necessary Sharia, and showing the relationship between them, with implementation on the ground by presenting the model of the "Masdar City" project on the part of Islamic law, in order to remove the role of the objectives from the circle of view into reality. Practical, and demonstrating the mutual relationship between the necessary purposes and the protection of the environment, by originating them from the Book and Sunnah, and linking them to scientific facts, projects, services and research that Masdar is working to provide to Abu Dhabi and the world
