Résumé: The study aims to identify the reality of managing the tax risk in the economic institution in Algeria in light of the continuous change in tax legislation, considering that tax management is one of the decisive factors in controlling the costs of the tax institution in particular and thus the total costs in general. For the purpose of this topic, we have adopted the descriptive and analytical approaches by addressing the most important concepts related to fiscal management and fiscal risks and then the process of managing it. We also conducted a questionnaire on a group of accounting professionals and financial managers of some economic institutions in the state of Ouargla to examine the extent of these institutions’ interest in the function of fiscal management and the extent to which Sources of fiscal risk.
