إدارة المخاطر في البنوك الإسلامية - دراسة حالة بنك البركة الجزائري -

Résumé: تعد الصناعة البنكية من أكثر الصناعات تعرضا للمخاطر، وقد لوحظ تعاظم هذه المخاطر في السنوات القليلة الماضية بالإضافة إلى تغيير طبيعتها، وخاصة مع التطورات الشاملة في مجال العمل المصرفي، والبنوك الإسلامية لم تسلم هي الأخرى من هذه المخاطر سواء ما كان يتعلق بالصيغ التمويل الإسلامية أو مخاطر تشترك فيها مع البنوك الربوية، لذلك يمكن اعتبار إدارة المخاطر في البنوك الإسلامية ضرورة شرعية إذ تعتبر المحافظة على المال أحد المقاصد الشرعية، ولذا فإن عدم اتخاذ التدابير والإجراءات اللازمة لحماية المال من المخاطر أمرا يخالف الشرع، وهو من باب إضاعة المال، وهو أمر يحرمه الشرع، كل ذلك يقضي بضرورة تبني آليات مالية وتوجهات للاستثمار تستلزم بدورها ضرورة تحليل المخاطر والاهتمام بإدارتها. The banking industry is considered one of the most industries that is exposed to risks, and it was noticed that these risks have been graduated in the last few years in addition to the change of its nature and especially with the global developments in the field of banking, the Islamic banks also hadn’t survive from these risks wether with what was related to the Islamic finance formulas or risks which are shared with theusury-based bank, so it can considered the management of risksa legitimacy necessityasit is regarded that the preservation of money isOne of the legitimate purposes, so the failure of taking measures and necessary proceduresto preserving money from risks is something contradicts with the Islamic law and it is a kind of wasting money and it is forbidden in Islamic law, all that necessitate the adoption of financial mechanisms and orientations to investment that require the necessity to analyze the risks and pay attention to its management.
