دور الحوكمة البيئية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة حالة مؤسسة الصناعية رام لتكرير السكر (مستغانم)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أساسيات الحوكمة البيئية كدعامة لتجسيد هدف وهو تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في ظل جميع التحديات التي نواجهها، ولمعرفة واقع البيئة في الجزائر بشكل عام وفي ولاية مستغانم بشكل خاص، اعتمدنا على دراسة حالة للمؤسسة الصناعية رام لتكرير السكر بمستغانم، حيث اعتمدنا في تحليلنا على أداة الاستمارة، التي وزعت على بعض المسئولين خاصة رؤساء المصالح، وتوصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها أن ممارسة المسؤولية البيئية مازال في المرحلة المتوسطة على مستوى المؤسسات الجزائرية بسبب عدم تطبيق الكفئ لحوكمتها البيئية. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the basics of environmental governance as a pillar to embody the goal of achieving sustainable development in light of all the challenges it faces. The questionnaire tool, which was distributed to some officials, especially heads of departments, where we came to the conclusion that the practice of environmental responsibility is still in the middle stage at the level of Algerian institutions due to the lack of efficient application of its environmental governance.
