تنويع الصادرات خارج المحروقات كإستراتيجية للتنمية الإقتصادية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور تنويع الصادرات خارج المحروقات في تحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية، حيث تم الإعتماد على المنهج التحليلي وتوصلت النتائج إلى القطاع التجارة في الجزائر خاصة الصادرات خارج المحروقات ما زالت محدودة ولم ترقى إلى المستوى المطلوب، في ظل الإعتماد على الريع البترولي إضافة إلى التحديات التي تحول دون الرقي بهذا القطاع على غرار البنية التحتية وجودة المنتجات وتقلبات الأسعار العالمية، التي تؤثر على القدرة التنافسية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحسين الإطار التشريعي، تعزيز التنسيق بين القطاعين العام والخاص، وتطوير البنية التحتية لضمان رفع جودة المنتجات وتقليل تكاليف الإنتاج،كما شددت على أهمية دعم الابتكار وتوسيع قاعدة الصادرات لتحقيق تنوع إقتصادي مستدام يعزز من النمو الاقتصادي ويقلل الاعتماد على النفط. صادرات خارج المحروقات، تنويع صادرات، تنمية إقتصادية، ريع بترولي، قطاع تجارة The study aimed to highlight the role of diversifying non-oil exports in achieving economic development. Using an analytical approach, the study found that the trade sector in Algeria, particularly non-oil exports, remains limited and has not reached the desired level. This limitation is attributed to heavy reliance on petroleum revenues and challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, product quality issues, and global price fluctuations that affect competitiveness. The study recommended improving the legislative framework, enhancing coordination between the public and private sectors, and developing infrastructure to ensure higher product quality and lower production costs. It also emphasized the importance of supporting innovation and expanding the export base to achieve sustainable economic diversification, enhance economic growth, and reduce dependence on oil.
