دور فعالية نسق السلطة الإدارية في الثقة التنظيمية: قراءة في اتجاهات أساتذة قسم علم الاجتماع جامعة الشاذلي بن جديد بالطارف Title The Role Of The Effectiveness Of The Administrative Authority System In Organizational Confidence: A Reading Of The Attitudes Of Professors Of The Department Of Sociology At University Of Chadli Bendjdid El-tarf

Résumé: ملخص: جاءت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم علم الاجتماع جامعة الشاذلي بن جديد الطارف لتحليل واقع السلطة الإدارية ودورها في تنمية الثقة التنظيمية. وقد استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، بالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسة للحصول على البيانات تم توزيعه على عينة تضم (36) عضوا تمثل كل أساتذة قسـم علم الاجتـماع الدائمين. خلصـت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) في اتجاهات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية نحو دور فعالية نسق السلطة الإدارية في الثقة التنظيمية بقسم علم الاجتماع جامعة الشاذلي بن جديد الطارف تعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية التالية: الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، الرتبة الأكاديمية، المؤهل العلمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: السلطة الإدارية؛ الثقة التنظيمية؛ جامعة الطارف. Abstract: This study came to know the attitudes of the faculty members at the Department of Sociology, University of chadli bendjdid El-Tarf, to analyze the reality of the administrative authority and its role in developing organizational trust. Using the descriptive approach, and based on the questionnaire as a main tool for obtaining data, it was distributed to a sample of (36) permanent members. The study concluded: There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the attitudes of faculty members towards the role of the effectiveness of the administrative authority format in organizational confidence in the Department of Sociology, University of chadli bendjdid El-Tarf, due to the following demographic variables: gender, years of experience, academic rank, Qualification.
