دور الاتفاقيات الدولية في حماية الهجرة العمالية

Résumé: The search for jobs in general, a major cause of migration, because the goal of man is to look for a decent life. Hence the importance of the issue of migrant workers who roam parts of the world in the hope of finding work is inevitable, they make up the backbone of the economy today. Migration between ebb and recently because of the need for cheap labor, which is the fuel for economic recovery in the rich countries, and also because of the problems of unemployment and poverty in poor countries, and sizes in some cases because of the complexities of state and national laws. Must be reconciled between the two aspects: how to protect the rights of workers, and to maintain their dignity, and work to revive the global economy because it is the main reason for the fight against unemployment and poverty. Many civilizations have dealt earlier and most important Islamic civilization with immigration discourse and sublime from its heavenly introduced the model of civilized human in dealing with the rights and the phenomena of life and civilization and interaction, this civilization that stretched from east to west did not have any problem in transmission and their capitals and did not have a problem in Dealing with races and sects and ethnic groups, but embraced everyone and led them to advance many of the characters and thinkers and scientists were not them, but sometimes they were mostly from different civilizations and dealt with civilizations humanity upscale does not mention the date in every civilization any displacement or destruction of any civilization, people or nation but interacted with these civilizations was not having any limits, but the limits of piety and fear of God. The purpose of this paper is to study of the various agreements and international conventions related to employment and extent of its shortcomings in the protection of labor migration. The study will work on finding radical solutions to the problems faced by the migrant workers around the world, and to try to reconcile the rights and duties of such employment in the countries where, they work out of hand, and taking into account the human dignity of this category on the other hand.
