أهمية الإعلام البيئي الإلكتروني في ظل تنامي التدهور البيئي في العالم العربي : دراسة في الواقع و التحديات

Résumé: يشكل التدهور البيئي في العالم العربي تهديداً مباشراً للأمن الإنساني بمختلف محاوره ، مما جعل الجهود في مجال حماية البيئة تتكاتف و تتضاعف ، وبات استثمار جميع الخطابات ضرورة ملحة لمواجهة هذه المخاطر ، ويعد الإعلام البيئي الإلكتروني الذي أفرزته الثورة التكنولوجية الحديثة وسيلة هامة لنشر المعلومة البيئة الهادفة للتوعية بالمشكلات البيئية و تكريس مبادئ التربية البيئية و المواطنة الإيكولوجية من أجل التقليل من مظاهر التدهور البيئي في العالم العربي و ضمان حماية مستدامة للبيئة، لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أشكال الإعلام البيئي التي تتيحها صفحات الويب للمتصفح العربي ، ناهيك عن رصد مختلف التحديات التي تقف أمام تفعيل الإعلام البيئي الإلكتروني في العالم العربي . abasract : The environmental degradation in Arab world posed a direct threat to human security in all its axes, what made efforts in the field of environmental protection collaborate and multiply and investing all speeches has become an urgent necessity to face these risks , the electronic environmental media which produced by the modern technological revolution has being an important means of dissemination environmental information aimed at raising awareness of environmental problems and devote the principles of environmental education and eco-citizenship ,in order to reduce environmental degradation in arab world and ensure sustainable environmental protection , therefore this study aims to identify the types of envronmental media provided by the web pages to the arabian browsers, in addition to monitoring the various challenges facing the activation of electronic environmental media on arab world
