محتوى الهذيان لدى المرضى المصابين بالذهان

Résumé: Our goal through this study is to reveal the content of delirium in patients with psychosis. In order to achieve this, we conducted a field study in addition to the study of 05 cases of the Hospital of Mental Illness Mchunche-Biskra, relying on the mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative data) that includes the descriptive method and the clinical method that been used in order to deepen understanding of the type and nature of these deliriums, A set of clinical tools has been applied from the half-oriented clinical interview,and testing the understanding of the topic TAT. PDI 21 ITEM was translated and rationed in the study, where initially a sample of 35 cases of patients with schizophrenia, paranoia and depressive obsession was used to be studied in a quantitative manner. Five cases were also selected with rich content and multiple themes of delirium to study them in a qualitative way, where the T.A.T was applied in order to discover the content of delirium and there thoughts and fears, Also the types of conflict on the conscious and unconscious side, this is to help us figure out how the kind of rave in disorder is formed. The results of the study were as follows: - The content of delirium in psychotic patients is varied and this is due to the specificity of the disease and the possession of erroneous religious ideas and the belief in supernatural powers, greatness, reference, influence, catastrophic ideas, and others. The diversity of content is based on the culture of Algerian society. - In addition, the first infantile traumas, "mother-child", are the reason for forming the type of delirium content of the psychotic patient.
