مكتشفات أثرية بالمحطة الرومانية Aquae Thibilitanae بحمام دباغ-ولاية قالمة

Résumé: شهد الجزء الشمالي من إفريقيا تعاقب عدة حضارات، أثناء الفترة القديمة من بينها الحضارة البونية والرومانية، ونتج عن التعاقب الحضاري مخلفات مادية، التي تعد حاليا جزء من التراث الوطني، واخترنا كنموذج للدراسة مدينة حمام دباغ، أثناء الفترة القديمة، وحسب الكتابات التي وصلتنا، لم نتعرف على وضعيتها في الفترة القديمة، سوى أنها كانت عبارة عن محطة رومانية، تسمى Ad Aquae Thibilitanae. البحث الحالي هو إثراء للبحث العلمي والتراث المادي، والهدف منه الكشف عن المخلفات المادية للحضارات، التي تعاقبت عن هاته المدينة، والسعي لحماية هذا التراث المتنوع، فقد كشفت المعطيات البيبليوغرافية والميدانية، التي قمنا بجمعها عن شواهد مادية، ذات أهمية حضارية وتاريخية، وتنوع ثقافي وحضاري هام بالمنطقة. كشفنا من خلال العمل الميداني الذي قمنا به لعدة فترات عن غنى المنطقة بمخلفات مادية، تعود للفترة القديمة، وهو بحاجة إلى الحماية للحفاظ عليها، ولاحظنا أن الموقع يطرح إشكالية تاريخية وحضارية، وتطلبت منا انجاز هذا البحث الأولي، بالاعتماد على المنهج التاريخي والوصفي والتحليلي. Northern Africa has been a crossroads of numerous civilizations throughout antiquity, notably the Punic and Roman cultures. This succession of societies left behind a wealth of material remains, now regarded as integral components of the region’s national heritage. For this study, we selected the city of Hammam Debbagh as a focal point for examining the ancient period. Historical records available to us offer limited insight into its role during this era, identifying it primarily as a Roman station known as Ad Aquae Thibilitanae. This research seeks to advance scientific understanding and safeguard tangible heritage by exploring the physical legacies of the civilizations that once shaped this city, while advocating for the preservation of its diverse cultural assets. Drawing on both bibliographical sources and fieldwork, we have uncovered material evidence of significant historical, cultural, and civilizational value, highlighting the area’s remarkable diversity. Our analysis of bibliographical and field data underscores the region’s richness in ancient artifacts, emphasizing the pressing need for protective measures to conserve these remains. The site itself raises compelling historical and civilizational questions, necessitating an academic investigation grounded in historical, descriptive, and analytical approaches.
