دور الجباية المحلية في تمويل ميزانيات البلدية في الجزائر-دراسة حالة بلدية موزاية-
Résumé: تحتاج الجماعات المحلية إلى مصادر تمويل ذاتية حتى تتمكن من القيام بوظائفها المتعددة،وتعتبر الإيرادات الجبائية أهم مصدر من مصادر تمويلها،وعلى هذا الأساس يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الإيرادات الجبائية في تمويل ميزانية الجماعات المحلية من خلال دراسة حالة بلدية موزاية في الفترة بين 2017-2020،ولقد توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن الجزائر اتخذت مجموعة من الإصلاحات من خلال فرض مجموعة من الضرائب والرسوم التي تعود إيراداتها سواء كليا أو جزئيا لصالح الجماعات المحلية.
