أثر الإستثمار في رأس المال الفكري كآلية لتحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي دراسة حالة لعينة من العاملين في المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال الآبار Entp

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري كآلية لتحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي، حيث تمت الدراسة التطبيقية في المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع المعطيات والبيانات المتعلقة بالظاهرة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، وتم توزيع استمارة الاستبيان على عينة مقدار 50 من إطارات العاملة بالمؤسسة وتم استرجاع 41 استمارة صالحة للدراسة، واعتمدنا في تحليل بيانات الاستبيانات على برنامج (SPSS - v25)، وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه: توجد علاقة تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية بين رأس المال الفكري وبين الإبداع التنظيمي، توجد علاقة تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية بين بعد رأس المال البشري وبين الإبداع التنظيمي. بينما في حين لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين حجم رأس المال الهيكلي ورأس المال العلائقي والإبداع التنظيمي. This study aims to identify the impact of investment in intellectual capital in achieving organizational creativity. The applied study was conducted in the National Corporation for Well Works. In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach in collecting data and information related to the phenomenon. To achieve this goal, we used the questionnaire as a study tool. The questionnaire form was distributed to a sample of 50 of the corporation's working cadres, and 41 valid questionnaires were retrieved for the study. We relied on the (SPSS v25) program to analyze the questionnaire data. Finally, the study concluded that: There is a statistically significant influence relationship between intellectual capital and organizational creativity. There is a statistically significant influence relationship between the dimension of human capital and organizational creativity. While there is no statistically significant influence relationship between the dimension of structural capital and relational capital and organizational creativity.
