المؤسسات الزراعية الناشئة: نموذج لتفعيل الابتكار لدى صغار المزارعين

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى مناقشة دور المؤسسات الناشئة الزراعية التي تفعل الابتكار في نماذج الأعمال المستدامة لدى صغار المزارعين. حيث تساهم المؤسسات الزراعية الناشئة بشكل كبير في تقديم الدعم للقطاع الفلاحي وجعله قادرا على زيادة الإنتاج وتحسين الإنتاجية ذات الطابع الاستراتيجي، بشكل يسمح له بمواجهة الطلب المتزايد على المنتوجات الفلاحية والتخلص من التبعية الغذائية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الزراعية الناشئة ساهمت في مواجهة التحديات التي يواجهها القطاع الفلاحي والمرتبطة بالاستغلال العقلاني للثروات الطبيعية (المياه والتربة)، وكذا انعكاسات التغيرات المناخية على أنظمة الإنتاج وفق الحلول العلمية والإبداعية التي تقترحها المؤسسات الناشئة لبلوغ مرحلة الفلاحة الذكية والمستدامة، من أجل تعزيز الأمن الغذائي. This paper aims to discuss the role of agricultural start-ups that drive innovation in sustainable business models for smallholder farmers. Where the Agricultural Start-ups contribute significantly to providing support to the agricultural sector and making it able to increase production and improve productivity of a strategic nature, in a way that allows it to meet the increasing demand for agricultural products and get rid of food dependency. The study found that the emerging agricultural institutions contributed to facing the challenges posed by the agricultural sector and related to the rational exploitation of natural resources (water and soil), as well as the repercussions of climate change on production systems according to the scientific and creative solutions proposed by the Start-ups to reach the stage of smart and sustainable agriculture, in order to promote Food security.
