إستلحاق النسب وفقا لأحكام الفقه الإسلامي و القانون الجزائري

Résumé: العلاقات الجنسية المتعددة خارج الإطار الشرعي -الزواج- بين الرجل و المرأة و إن لم تكن مباحة ومشروعة بل أنها محرمة في الشريعة الإسلامية ،إلا أنها ومن نظر القانون ليس معاقب عليها سوى في حال كون أحد الطرفين متزوجا و بناءا على شروط ، قد ينتج عنها ميلاد أطفال لم تعترف لهم بعض القوانين بالنسب مع وجود أراء فقهية تمنحهم الحق في ذلك وبشروط معينة سيتم مناقشتها من خلال المقال المدون أدناه . ABSTRACT While the multiple Sexual intercourses between man and woman - outside marriage- are unlawful and forbidden in Islamic Law, it may not punishable by Law except in case that one of parties is married, on terms. Those unlawful relationships may give birth to illegitimate children, in spite of the existence of juristic opinion, that give them the right of parentage under specific conditions will be discussed below, through the present article.
