دور الإعتماد الأكاديمي في ضمان جودة التعليم الجامعي -الإشارة إلى التجربة الأمريكية و البريطانية-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور الإعتماد الأكاديمي في ضان جودة التعليم الجامعي مع الإشارة إلى التجربة الأمريكية و البريطانية، باعتبار أن التعليم الجامعي يمثل أهـم المرتكـزات الرئيسـة لريـادة التنميـة الشـاملة ، بمـا يمثلـه مـن مكانـة في إعداد الأطر الفكرية والعلمية والمهنية لمنظمـات المجتمـع ، بالإضـافة إلـى دوره فـي الوصـول إلى المعرفة وتطويرها واستخدامها وإجراء البحوث العلمية وخدمة المجتمع. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن للإعتماد الأكاديمي دور مهم في ضمان جودة التعليم الجامعي بإعترافه بأنها تم تطويرها عمليا طبقا للمعايير المرجعية المتفق عليها، إضافة إلى أن إنشاء نظام للإعتماد هو الجزء التكميلي لإنشاء وتطبيق أنظمة تعليم عالي طبقا لمعايير الجودة، وليس بديلا عنها. Abstract: The aim of this study is to show the role of academic accreditation in the quality of university education, with reference to the American and British experience, considering that university education represents the most important pillars of the overall development leadership, as well as its role in preparing intellectual, scientific and professional frameworks for community organizations. Access, development, use, scientific research and community service. The study found that academic accreditation plays an important role in ensuring the quality of university education by recognizing that it has been developed in practice according to the agreed reference criteria. Moreover, the establishment of accreditation system is the complementary part to the establishment and implementation of higher education systems according to quality standards.
