الحبيب بورقيبة و الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية 1954م-1962م المواقف السياسية والمساعي الدبلوماسية

Résumé: شكل الدعم السياسي والدبلوماسي لزعماء التحرر في المغرب العربي أهمية بالغة بالنسبة للثورة التحريرية الجزائرية 1954-1962م ،ومن بينهم الزعيم التونسي الحبيب بورقيبة الذي كان من أبرز المساهمين في التعريف بعدالة القضية الجزائرية وحق الشعب الجزائري في التحرر والاستقلال . وبفضل الجهود التي بدلها استطاع الحبيب بورقيبة تنبيه الرأي العام الفرنسي من خلال زياراته لفرنسا وتصريحاته للصحافة الفرنسية إلى عدالة الكفاح التحرري الذي يخوضه الشعب الجزائري ، كما أسهمت الدبلوماسية التونسية تحت قيادته في تحسيس دول أمريكا اللاتينية والدول الاسكندينافية والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بعدالة القضية الجزائرية وشرعية مطالب ثورتها ، و اقترح من خلال منبر الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في دورتها الحادية عشرة عام 1956م ، خطة عملية لحل القضية الجزائرية على مراحل تنتهي بوقف إطلاق النار بضمان من الأمم المتحدة . وبرغم التعنت الفرنسي ، استمر في التشجيع على التفاوض بين جبهة التحرير والسلطات الفرنسية لأجل حل القضية الجزائرية بطريقة سلمية عارضا بعض الضمانات لتحقيق ذلك.The political and diplomatic support of the liberation leaders in the Maghreb was of great importance for the Algerian liberation revolution 1954-1962 , among them the Tunisian leader Habib Bourguiba, who was the most prominent contributor to the definition of the justice of the Algerian cause and the right of the Algerian people to liberation and independence.Thanks to his efforts, Habib Bourguiba was able to alert French public opinion, through his visits to France and his statements to the French press, to the justice of the liberation struggle waged by the Algerian people, and the Tunisian diplomacy under his leadership contributed to sensitizing the countries of Latin America, Scandinavia and the United States of America about the justice of the Algerian issue and the legitimacy of the demands of its revolution, And he proposed, through the forum of the United Nations General Assembly at its eleventh session in 1956, a practical plan to solve the Algerian issue in stages, ending with a ceasefire guaranteed by the United Nations. Despite the French intransigence , he continued to encourage negotiations between the Liberation Front and the French authorities for a peaceful solution to the Algerian issue, offering some guarantees to achieve this.
