Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على إشكالية الحقوق الإنسانية، هذه الإشكالية التي كانت و لازالت تطرح عند الفلاسفة و المفكرين, في التأملات الفكرية و الأبحاث الفلسفية و هذا راجع للاهتمام بقضايا الإنسان و الواقع المعاش، و لأن موضوعها يشكل جدلا فكريا و صراعا سياسيا في الوقت الراهن، فقد ارتبط موضوعها أيضا بالأنظمة المختلفة, خاصة الديمقراطية في الفكر الغربي و الفكر العربي، إن من أبرز المفكرين الذين تناولوا إشكالية الحقوق الإنسانية في الفكر العربي المعاصر نجد محمد عابد الجابري الذي طرح أفكاره و قدم مراجعته لحقوق الإنسان في المرجعيات الأوروبية والمرجعية الإسلامية ما دفعنا في هذه الورقة البحثية هو عرض موقف الجابري من إشكالية الحقوق الإنسانية.
