تأثير الغاز الجزائري على الأمن الطاقوي الأوروبي

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى فهم وتحليل واقع الأمن الطاقوي الأوروبي ودور الغاز الجزائري في تحقيق أمن الإمدادات الطاقوية الأوروبية، خاصة أثناء الأزمات و النزاعات التي تؤدي إلى وقف الإمداد بالطاقة خاصة الغاز الطبيعي نظرا لاعتماد دول الإتحاد الأوروبي الشبه كلي على الغاز الروسي باعتباره الممون الأول لأوروبا، مما استوجب على أوروبا تحديد إستراتيجية مبنية على تنويع مصادرها الطاقوية وضمان أمنها بالاعتماد على الغاز الجزائري لما للجزائر من معطيات جيوسياسية و منشئات قاعدية تجعلها المرشح الأساسي في تمويل السوق الأوروبية بالغاز الجزائري وهذا ما سنحاول دراسته بالتركيز على قدرات الجزائر في مجال الغاز الطبيعي و مساهمتها في تحقيق الأمن الطاقوي الأوروبي. The purpose of this article is to understand and analyze the reality of European energy security and the role of Algerian gas in security European energy supplies, particularly during crises and conflicts leading to the cessation of energy supplies, especially natural gas seen that the dependence of the countries of the European Union almost entirely on Russian gas as the first supplier to Europe, which required Europe to define a strategy based on diversifying its energy sources and guaranteeing its security based on Algerian gas. Algeria has geopolitical data and basic facilities that make it the main candidate in financing the European market with natural gas. This is what we will try to study focusing on Algeria's capabilities in natural gas fileld and its contribution to the achievement of European energy security.
