دعم ريادة الاعمال بالمملكة العربية السعودية، تجربة "مركز واعد"

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية الى تسليط الضوء على تجربة مركز ارامكو السعودية "واعد" في دعم ريادة الاعمال، وذلك بعد عرض لمحة عن ريادة الاعمال بالمملكة العربية السعودية من حيث الانجازات والجهود المبذولة. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج أبرزها، ان تطور ريادة الاعمال بالمملكة يعود بالأساس الى توفر وتجسيد الارادة السياسية والثقافة المجتمعية المبنية على التعاون، كما ان اهم ما يميز سياسة مركز "واعد" هو قيامها على مبدأ التنوع وخلق القيمة بما يتماشى ورؤية المملكة 2030. This research paper aimed to shed light on the experience of the Saudi Aramco Center "Waed" in supporting entrepreneurship, after presenting an overview of entrepreneurship in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in terms of the achievements and efforts made. The study concluded with a number of results, the most prominent of which is that the development of entrepreneurship in the Kingdom is mainly due to the availability and embodiment of political will and societal culture based on cooperation, and the most important characteristic of Waed Center’s policy is its foundation on the principle of diversity and value creation in line with the Kingdom’s vision 2030 .
