دراسة الخصائص الفزيائية والكيميائية والفعالية البيولوجية لنبات نجمة الأرض Illicium Verum

Résumé: Résumé Ce travail vise à extraire les huiles essentielles de la plante étoile, à en étudier les propriétés physiques et chimiques et à évaluer les antioxydants ainsi que l’activité antibactérienne. L’extraction par distillation à l’eau a permis d’obtenir le rendement le plus élevé de l’usine Earth Star, estimé à (3,12%). Les paramètres physiques mesurés sont (pH, indice de réfraction et densité spécifique) et des indicateurs chimiques (acidité). De plus, l’évaluation de l’efficacité antioxydante (DPPH et molybdates de phosphate) et de l’efficacité antibactérienne a été étudiée. Nous avons constaté qu’il existe une huile antioxydante efficace contre l’oxydation et une efficacité contre les bactéries. الملخص : يهدف هذا العمل إلى استخلاص الزيوت الأساسية لنبات نجمة الأـرض ودراسة الخواص الفيزيائية والكيميائية وتقييم مضادات الأكسدة وكذا الفعالية المضاد للبكتيريا . الاستخلاص بواسطة التقطير المائي نتج عنه أعلى مردود لنبات نجمة الأرض والذي قدر بنسبة (%3.12). المؤشرات الفيزيائية المقاسة هي (الأس الهيدروجيني، مؤشر الانكسار والكثافة النوعية)، أما الخصائص الكيميائية (الحموضة). بالإضافة إلى تقييم كل من الفعالية المضادة للأكسدة (اختبار DPPHواختبار الموليبدات)، والفعالية المضادة للبكتيريا المدروسة. وجدنا أن هناك فعالية للزيت المستخلص ضد الأكسدة وفاعلية ضد البكتيريا Abstract This work aims at extracting the essential oils of the star star plant, studying the physical and chemical properties, and evaluating the antioxidants as well as antibacterial activity. Extraction by water distillation resulted in the highest yield of the earth star plant, estimated at (3.12%). The measured physical parameters are (pH, refractive index and specific density), and chemical indicators (acidity). In addition, we evaluated the antioxidant efficacy (DPPH and phosphate molybdates) and the studied antibacterial efficacy. We found that the antioxidant oil was effective against the bacteria
