التخطيط اللغويّ في الجزائر، وأثره في بناء منظومة التّربية والتكوين -التّعليم ما قبل الجامعي مثالا-

Résumé: الملخص: يُوجّهُ البحثُ النَّظرَ نحو التّخطيط اللغويّ في الجزائر، باعتباره الحلقة الأولى في تجاوز المشكل اللغويّ، وتنقية اللغة الوطنيّة من دخيل العولمة، والحفاظ على الهويّة في ضوء التنوّع اللغويّ والثّقافي في بلادنا، وأثر ذلك في استنبات منظومة تعليميّة متكاملة الأضلاع، من خلال السّآلَةِ الآتية: هل وُفِّقَ الفاعلون السّياسيّون بالجزائر في حلّ المشكلات اللغويّة، من خلال تخطيط لغوي/سياسيّ لما يجب أن يكون عليه واقع السّياسة اللغويّة؟ وما أثر ذلك في منظومة التّكوين؟ ليتّضح أنّ هؤلاء لم يتمكّنوا من فرض مقاييس لغويّة موحّدة إلاّ على صفحات الدّساتير التي لم تلق صدى التّطبيق؛ بل أسهمت في نشر ثقافة الاختلاف اللغويّ والثّقافيّ، وتغريب منظومة التّعليم. Abstract The research concerns description linguistic planning, because it’s the first step to overcome the linguistic problem and to purify national’s language from within the globalization and preserve identity in the face of the linguistic and cultural, and its effect on the educational system. Accordingly; The question is: have the politicians in Algeria managed to solve the linguistic problems? what is its effect on the education system? It has been clearly that politicians can’t impose unified language limitations in reality, but in pages of laws that have not been applied; On the contrary, it led to spreading the culture of linguistic.
