أثر تطبيق ممارسات إدارة الإحتواء العالي في الريادة الإستراتيجية: دراسة حالة شركة إنتاج الكهرباء للشرق - جيجل

Résumé: بالعربية هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثر تطبيق ممارسات إدارة الاحتواء العالي في الريادة الإستراتيجية بشركة إنتاج الكهرباء للشرق - جيجل، حيث تم تناول أهم التصورات الفكرية لمتغيرات الدراسة، مع استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من خلال توزيعه على (96) عاملا بالشركة، وبالاعتماد على برنامج SPSSV25 تم تحليل مختلف البيانات، وتمّ التوصل في الأخير إلى أن لتطبيق ممارسات إدارة الاحتواء العالي أثر إيجابي في الريادة الإستراتيجية بنسبة 34 %. بالانجليزية This study aimed to find out the impact of the application of high-involvement management practices in strategic entrepreneurship in the Electricity Production Company for the East - Jijel, the most important intellectual perceptions of the study variables were addressed, with the use of the questionnaire as a tool for data collection by distributing it to (96) employees of the company, and based on the SPSSV25 program was analyzing various data, Finally, the research concludes that the application of high-involvement management practices has a positive impact in strategic entrepreneurship by 34%.
