توظيف عقد الاعتماد الإيجاري كآلية لحل إشكالية تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر

Résumé: يعد عقد الاعتماد الإيجاري آلية لتحقيق التمويل العيني للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ، والذي من خلاله تستطيع المؤسسة الحصول على ما تحتاج إليه من أصول رأسمالية منقولة أو عقارية سواء عند بداية التأسيس أو عند إحلال أو تجديد المعدات دون أن يستنفذ الموارد المالية الموجودة لديه في حالة شراء هذه الأصول. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز عقد الاعتماد الإيجاري كبديل تمويلي فعال لحل ومعالجة مشكلة تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر . The lease credit contract is a mechanism for achieving in-kind financing for small and medium enterprises, through which the enterprise can obtain the movable or real estate capital assets it needs either at the beginning of incorporation or when replacing or refurbishing equipment without depleting the financial resources it has in the event of the purchase of these assets. This study aims to highlight the lease agreement as an effective financing alternative to solving and addressing the problem of financing small and medium enterprises in Algeria.
