دور مبادرة الويبو البيئية (wipo Green) في نقل و تعميم استخدام التكنولوجيا الخضراء لحماية البيئة في الدول النامية

Résumé: أصبح التدهور البيئي المتسارع و تغير المناخ يثير قلقا متزايدا لدى الجميع، وبات تحسين الأداء في مجال حماية البيئة وتحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة من بين أهم التحديات التي يواجهها العالم في وقتنا الراهن، ونظرا للدور الكبير الذي يمكن أن تساهم من خلاله التكنولوجيا الحديثة في حماية البيئة أطلقت المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية مبادرة الويبو البيئية (WIPO GREEN) لتشجيع استخدام التكنولوجيا الخضراء و تسهيل نقلها، وعليه سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التعريف بمبادرة الويبو البيئية، و الوقوف على دورها في تشجيع الابتكار و تعميم استخدام التكنولوجيا الخضراء وتسهيل نقلها للمساهمة في حماية البيئة و الحد من تدهورها خاصة في الدول النامية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية، مبادرة الويبو البيئية، نقل التكنولوجيا، التكنولوجيا الخضراء. Abstract : Accelerated environmental degradation and climate change have become an increasing concern for all. Improving performance in environmental protection and achieving sustainable development requirements are among the most important challenges facing the world today. Because of the big role that modern technology can contribute to environmental protection, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) launched the WIPO GREEN initiative to promote the use and facilitation of the transfer of green technology. Through this paper, we will attempt to publicize the WIPO Green Initiative. Identify its role in promoting innovation, the use of green technoology and facilitating its transfer to contribute to environmental protection and reduce its degradation, especially in developing countries.
