واقع تطبيق الضرائب المؤجلة في الجزائر في ظل متطلبات النظام المحاسبي المالي -دراسة حالة مؤسسة Agrodive-

Résumé: تعتبر الضرائب المؤجلة من المواضيع التي مازالت تثير جدلا كبير بين المهنيين والاكادميين بين ما جاء به المعيار الدولي IAS12 ضرائب الدخل والنظام المحاسبي المالي SCF. تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح كيفية المعالجة المحاسبية والجبائية للضرائب المؤجلة والتي تقوم بها المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية وما هو أثر تلك المعالجة على نتائج المؤسسة ووضعتها المالية وعبئها الضريبي، ويكون ذلك من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسةAGRODIV وهي مؤسسة اقتصادية عمومية ، بحيث يتم إظهار كيفية تعامل هذه المؤسسة مع الضرائب المؤجلة لسنتي 2019/2020 . Deferred taxes are among the topics that still raise a lot of controversy among professionals and academics between what was stated in the international standard IAS12 income taxes and the financial accounting system SCF. The study aims to clarify how the accounting and fiscal treatment of deferred taxes carried out by the Algerian economic institutions and what is the impact of that treatment on the results of the institution and its financial position and tax burden, and that is through a case study of AGRODIV, a public economic institution, so that it shows how this institution deals with deferred taxes for the years 2019/2020.
