أثر برنامج تعليمي باستخدام الأسلوب التدريبي على الأداء الحركي بالوثب الثلاثي لدى الطلاب The Effect Of An Educational Program Using The Training Method On The Motor Performance Of The Triple Jump Among The Students

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى معرفة اثر برنامج تعليمي مقترح باستخدام الأسلوب التدريبي على الأداء الحركي بالوثب الثلاثي. حيث استخدم المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة باستخدام القياسين القبلي والبعدي على عينة تجريبية (10 طلاب) في اختصاص العاب القوى بمعهد التربية البدنية والرياضية بجامعة مستغانم من الموسم الدراسي 2019/2020. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج الخام توصل الباحثون إلى: البرنامج التعليمي باستخدام الأسلوب التدريبي له تأثير إيجابي في تحسين الأداء بالوثب الثلاثي لدى عينة البحث. مع وجود أفضلية في نتائج القياس البعدي مقارنة بالقياس القبلي في الاختبارات قيد البحث. The research aims to know the impact of a proposed educational program using the training style on the motor performance of the triple jump. Where the one-group experimental method was used using the pre and post measurements on an experimental sample (10 students) in the field of athletics at the Institute of Physical and Sports Education at the University of Mostaganem from the academic season 2019/2020. After statistical treatment of the raw results, the researchers concluded: The educational program using the training style has a positive effect in improving the performance of the triple jump in the research sample. With a preference in the results of the post-measurement compared to the pre-measurement in the tests under study.
