اثر تطبيق قواعد الحوكمة في زيادة جودة الاتصال المالي- دراسة تطبيقية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة اثر مبادئ الحوكمة في زيادة جودة الاتصال المالي في المؤسسات المدرجة في البورصة الجزائرية ومعرفة مدى التزام هذه المؤسسات بهاته المبادئ .اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المناهج(الوصفي والتحليلي) .كما تم تصميم استبيان لغرض جمع المعلومات حول الشركات عينة الدراسة. وقد تم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي v.28. spss وتمت الاستعانة ببعض الأساليب الإحصائية ،كما تم الإستعانة ببرنامجspss modeler.18.2 . وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها ،أن المؤسسات محل الدراسات تلتزم بتكريس قواعد الحوكمة،أن مستوى جودة الاتصال المالي في المؤسسات المدرجة في البورصة الجزائرية عالي جدا. Abstract: This study aims to know the effect of the principles of governance in increasing the quality of financial communication in the institutions listed on the Algerian Stock Exchange and to know the extent of the commitment of these institutions to these principles. In our study, we relied on the (descriptive and analytical) approaches. A questionnaire was also designed for the purpose of collecting information about the study sample companies. Data were analyzed and hypotheses tested using statistical software v.28. spss, some statistical methods were used, and the spss modeler.18.2 program was used. Finally, we reached a set of results, including, that the institutions under study are committed to devoting the rules of governance, that the level of quality of financial communication in the institutions listed on the Algerian Stock Exchange is very high.
