Résumé: يتناول الموضوع مناهج الكشف عن المقاصد الشرعية عند الإمامين الشاطبي وابن عاشور؛ وبيان جهودهما في هذا المجال وتحديد ما استفاده اللاحق من السابق، وما أضافه إليه، وما ينبغي أن يضاف، ومسالك الكشف عند كل منهما، ثم مقارنة بين منهج الإمامين الشاطبي وابن عاشور، وببيان ما أورده المعاصرون من مسالك واستشكالات، مع عرض ونقد لأهم الطرق و المسالك التي ذكروها. وتم التوصل إلى أن منهجهما يعتبر مسلكا فريدا لتوسيع المناهج الكاشفة عن المقاصد الشرعية، والمسالك الموصلة لها، سواء من خلال استقراء مصادر الوحي، أو من خلال استقصاء ونخل نفائس تراثنا العلمي الفقهي والأصولي والمقاصدي، مع ما تتيحه هذه المناهج من إمكانية لتعزيز الوعي المنهجي المقاصدي في الاجتهاد الفقهي في القضايا والمستجدات المعاصرة . The topic deals with the methods of revealing the legitimate purposes of the imams Al-shatibi and Ibn Ashour; and the statement of their efforts in this field and determine what the subsequent benefit of the previous, what he added to it, and what should be added, and the methods of disclosure when each, then a comparison between the approach of the imams Al-shatibi and Ibn Ashour, and It was concluded that their approach is considered a unique approach to expand the curricula revealing the purposes of the Shari'a, and the ways connected to it, whether through extrapolating the sources of Revelation, or through the survey and sifting the benefits of our scientific jurisprudence, fundamentalist and maqsadi heritage, with the potential of these approaches to enhance the awareness of the methodological.
