دور آليات حوكمة الشركات في تحسين جودة المعلومات المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز اثر تفعيل الآليات الداخلية لحوكمة الشركات في تحسين جودة المعلومات المالية والمتمثلة في ( مجلس الإدارة، لجنة التدقيق، التدقيق الداخلي) وذلك بالمؤسسة الوطنية الاقتصادية ، بالاعتماد على الأسـلوب الميداني في جمع البيانات بواسطة استبيان تم تصميمه لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة النهائية، بالاستعانة بالحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss24، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى: وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الآليات الداخلية لحوكمة الشركات و المتمثلة في مجلس الإدارة، لجنة التدقيق والتدقيق الداخلي على تحسين جودة المعلومات المالية؛ التي تعمل على توفير مستوى مقبول من الشفافية والإفصاح في القوائم المالية وتوفيرها للمعلومة المالية بمصداقية. This study aimed to highlight the effect of activating internal corporate governance mechanisms in improving the quality of financial reporting and reporting (Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Internal Audit). and the National Foundation for making spiral pipe economy, according to the field method in the questionnaire data collection was designed to achieve the objectives of the final study, using statistical software spss24 social science, the study has concluded . There were statistically significant differences between the corporate governance of the internal mechanisms and the relationship's Board of Directors, the Audit and Internal Audit Committee to improve the quality of financial reporting, which works to ensure an acceptable level of transparency and disclosure in the financial statements and the provision of credible financial reporting
