تطور ظاهرة الشيخوخة في الجزائر وعلاقتها ببعض العوامل الديموغرافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تطور ظاهرة شيخوخة السكان في الجزائر مع ابراز أهم العوامل الديموغرافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي أثرت في زيادة الظاهرة ،حيث بلغت نسبة سكان الجزائر الذين يبلغون 60 سنة فما فوق 9% في سنة2019 من اجمالي عدد السكان ومن المتوقع أن تصل إلى 12% في غضون سنة 2050. وأشارت الدراسة إلى أن الهرم السكاني في الجزائر قد تغير بسبب زيادة متوسط العمر المتوقع وانخفاض معدلات الخصوبة ،إضافة إلى عوامل أخرى مثل زيادة نسبة الاعالة في الاقتصاد الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى ارتفاع عدد المستفيدين من خدمات التقاعد مع زيادة تكلفة الخدمات الصحية لهذه الفئة الهشة. This study aimed to know the extent of the development of the phenomenon of population aging in Algeria. while highlighting the most important demographic, social and economic factors, that affected the increase in the phenomenon. as the proportion of Algeria’s population aged 60 years and over reached 9% in 2019 of the total population and is expected to reach 12% within the year 2050. he study indicated that the population pyramid in Algeria has changed due to an increase in life expectancy and a decrease in fertility rates. in addition to other factors such as an increase in the dependency ratio in the economy, which leads to an increase in the number of beneficiaries of retirement services with an increase in the cost of health services for this vulnerable group.
