الإعلام التنموي في إذاعة أم البواقي ، بين تجسيد برامج التنمية والنهوض بالمناطق النائية -دراسة تحليلية لبرنامج صوت الظل -

Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة البحث في دور الإذاعات المحلية في دفع وتيرة التنمية في المجتمعات المحلية، وخاصة بالمناطق النائية التي تحتاج إلى الدعم من طرف الهيئات التنفيذية للتكفل بالنقائص التي يعانون منها، وتم اختيار برنامج "صوت الظل" بإذاعة أم البواقي كنموذج للدراسة، التي اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداة تحليل المحتوى التي طبقت على عينة من البرنامج وتم اختيارها بالأسلوب العشوائي. خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها، أن الإذاعة المحلية لأم البواقي تخصص برامج لتسليط الضوء على الوضعية التنموية في مناطق الظل، وتركز في ذلك على مواضيع عديدة أبرزها نقص الكهرباء والماء الشروب والنقل المدرسي، وتعد من ضروريات الحياة في هذه المناطق الفلاحية بالدرجة الأولى، كما تهدف من خلال ذلك إلى الكشف عن النقائص التي تعاني منها المناطق النائية، في حين لا تقترح الحلول التي يتطلع لها المواطن. This study deals with research into the role of local radios in advancing development in communities, particularly in remote areas that need support from executive bodies to ensure their shortcomings, and the "sawt el dil" program was selected by Oum El-Bouaghi radio as a model, which relied on the analytical descriptive approach and content analysis tool applied to a sample of the program. The study concluded several results, the most important of which is that the local radio of Oum El-Bouaghi devotes programs to highlight the development situation in the shadow areas, focusing on many topics, most notably the lack of electricity, water drinking and school transport, and is a necessity of life in these agricultural areas in the first place, and aims to detect the shortcomings suffered by remote areas, while not proposing solutions that the citizen aspires to.
