التمكين الرقمي للمراهقين الجزائريين في ظل استخدامات تطبيقات الميديا الجديدة: قراءة تحليلية

Résumé: في ظل عمليات التحول الرقمي التي أفرزتها ثورة الوسائط الرقمية، تبرز أهمية تموضع المراهقين الجزائريين بوصفهم كجيل رقمي ضمن خارطة التغير التكنولوجي الرقمي الذي لم يعد خيارا بقدر ما هو بديلا لابد منه في ظل السياسات الحكومية المنتهجة نحو الإدماج الرقمي لهذه التكنولوجيات عبر جوانب الحياة اليومية للأفراد. فعلى ضوء هذه الجوانب ومن خلال هذه القراءة التحليلية حاولنا بسط آليات التمكين الرقمي للمراهقين الجزائريين في ظل جملة التحديات التي تفرضها الاستخدامات الرقمية لتطبيقات الميديا الجديدة على اعتبارها أكثر المنصات الرقمية جذبا واستهلاكا من طرف مراهقي المجتمع الجزائري في الآونة الأخيرة. وقد أوصت الباحثة في الأخيرة بضرورة تعزيز المهارات الرقمية للمراهقين كمدخل هاما لتعزيز مشاريع التمكين الرقمي والتحول الرقمي كمطلب حتمي يستلزم الاستعداد له من خلال جيل المراهقين كجيل رقمي. According to the digital transformation, processes brought by the digital media revolution, the importance of positioning Algerian adolescents as digital natives in light the digital technological change map and government policies towards digital inclusion of these technologies across aspects of individuals' daily lives. We tried through this analytical reading, to simplify the mechanisms of digital empowerment for Algerian adolescents trough their digital uses of new media applications, as they are the most attractive and consuming by the adolescents of Algerian society in recent times. In the latter, the researcher recommended the necessity of enhancing the digital skills of adolescents as an important entry point for promoting digital empowerment projects and digital transformation as an imperative requirement that needs to be prepared for by the adolescent generation as digital natives.
