دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز الاتصال الإنساني في ظل جائحة كورونا دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأسر بولاية -تقرت-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز الاتصال الإنساني في ظل جائحة كورونا التي تمحورت حول التساؤل الرئيسي : كيف ساهمت شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز الاتصال الإنساني ظل جائحة كورونا ؟ . واندرج ضمن هذا التساؤل جملة من التساؤلات الفرعية : - ما هي عادات وأنماط استخدام مفردات عينة الدراسة لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في ظل جائحة كورونا ؟ - ما هي دوافع الاتصال الإنساني في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في ظل جائحة كورونا ؟ - ما هي الإشباعات المحققة من استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الاتصال الإنساني في ظل جائحة كورونا؟ واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على عينة عرضية من أسر ولاية تقرت و المقدر عددهم ب 60 مفردة مقسمة على 12 أسرة في كل أسرة 5 أفراد،أما المنهج المستخدم فهو المنهج المسحي بغرض وصف الظاهرة المدروسة و الوصول إلى نتائج،وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة بحثية لإنجاز هذه الدراسة،وخلصت إلى عدة نتائج نذكر منها: - أن معظم أفراد العينة يستخدمون شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي من 6 إلى 10 سنوات ويستخدمونها بصفة دائمة في ظل جائحة كورنا ويفضل أغلبهم خدمة الدردشة أثناء عملية التواصل . - معظم أفراد العينة يعتمدون على شبكات الاجتماعية في الحصول على المعلومات و الأخبار في ظل جائحة كورونا. - أن شبكات التواصل ساهمت في تعزيز الاتصال الإنساني من خلال التواصل السريع الأفراد وتقريب المسافات بينهم في ظل جائحة كورونا . This study aims to identify the role of social networks in enhancing human communication in the period of the Corona pandemic، which revolved around the main question: How did social networks contribute to enhancing human communication in the period of Corona pandemic ? Within this question، a number of sub-questions were included: - What are the habits and patterns of using the vocabulary of the study sample، social networks، in light of the Corona pandemic? - What are the motives for human communication on social media in light of the Corona pandemic? - What are the gratifications achieved from the use of social media in human communication during the of Corona pandemic? This study relied on a transverse sample of families in the Wilaya of Touggourt، whose number is estimated at 60 individuals، divided into 12 families، each family has 5 members. ‎‏ This study،concluded several results، including: - Most of the samplemembers use social networks from 6 to 10 years and use thempermanently in light of the Corona pandemic، and most of themprefer the chat service during the communication process. - Most of the sample members rely on social networks to obtain information and news in light of the Corona pandemic in - that communication networks contributed to strengthening human communication through communication with a quarter of individuals and bridging the distances between them under the Corona pandemic
