صورة الجزائر في عمان من خلال "الدكتور بوعلام محمد بلقاسمي رحمه الله"

Résumé: لقد رحل الدكتور وهو في قمة العطاء، ودون توديع حيث شاءت الأقدار أن يرحل وهو في ديار الغربة بجامعة قابوس-عمان-، التي ترك بها بصمته، فكانت عطاءاته تعكس صورة الجزائر في هذا البلد الشقيق، وقد أملى علينا الواجب أن نساهم بهذه الورقة المتواضعة، التي نحاول من خلالها أن نبرز، أن للبلاد رجال منهم من قضى ونحبه ومنهم من ينتظر ممن مثّلها خير تمثيل كالدكتور أبو القاسم سعد الله وغيره كثيرون من رجال الأدب، والفكر ، وها هو اليوم الدكتور بلقاسمي بوعلام يرحل من بعيد تاركا وراءه صورة واضحة المعالم براقة الألوان في سلطنة عمان من خلال تلك العطاءات التي ما فتئ في بضع سنوات قليلة أن يساهم بها في بلد الضيافة، حيث تناولت الورقة مجموعة من النقاط التي تبرز هذه صورة الجزائر في عمان من خلال الراحل الدكتور بوعلام بلقاسمي رحمه الله. Abstract The doctor, who goes away from the foreign land at the top of tender and without farewell, left his mark at Sultan Qaboos University. His bids, may God have mercy on him, reflected the Algeria’s image in this brotherly country. We have the duty to contribute this modest paper, through which we try to show that the country has real men, who have died and some of them are waiting, such as the representative of Dr. Abu Qasim Saadullah and many other men of literature and thought. Today, Dr. BelkasmiBoualam left from a far leaving behind a clear picture and bright colours in the Sultanate of Oman during those long-standing tenders in a few years to participate in the country of hospitality, where the paper dealt with a set of points that highlight the Algeria’s image in Oman through the late Dr. Boualem Belgasmi, may God have mercy on him.
