أثر المُناخ على التنمية السياحية في الضفة الغربية – فلسطين

Résumé: أصبحت السياحة في الضفة الغربية ذات أهمية متزايدة نظراً للمقوّمات الطبيعيّة والدينية والثقـافيّة والتاريخيّة في المنطقة، وتعد السياحة بمثابة قوة دافعة للإقتصاد ومصدراً للعملة الأجنبية، خصوصاً في الضفة الغربية ذات الموارد الاقتصادية المحـدودة، كما يُمكن لها أن تكون بديلاً دائماً لمصادر الدخل المختلفة على غرار مُعظم قطاعات النشاط الاقتصادي الأخرى، ويُعتبَر قطاع السياحة عرضةً لتأثيرات المُناخية المختلفة ومن القطاعات الاقتصادية الأكثر حساسيّةً للتأثيرات الطقسية المُحتملة، كما في قطاعات الزراعة والبيئة والمياه. وتسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على أثر المناخ بعناصرة المختلفة على السياحة في الضفة الغربية لأن قطاع السياحة أضحى أكثر ارتباطاً بالمناخ إذ يميز المناخ الوجهة السياحية، بل إنه عامل اندفاع و رضا قوي، فيعتبر مفهوم " الطقس الجيد " رهنا بالوجهة و نوع النشاط السياحي المتوخى، هذا ويحدد المناخ طول موسم السياحة و نوعيته ، و يلعب دورا هاما في اختيار وجهة السياح و إنفاقهم. Tourism in the West Bank has become increasingly important given the natural, religious, cultural and historical components of the region, Tourism is a driving force for the economy and a source of foreign currency, especially in the West Bank with limited economic resources, They can also be a constant alternative to various sources of income, similar to most other sectors of economic activity, The tourism sector is vulnerable to various climatic impacts and from economic sectors most sensitive to potential weather impacts, such as agriculture, environment and water. This study sheds light on the impact of the climate on tourism in the West Bank, as the tourism sector is more climate-related, The concept of "good weather" depends on the destination and type of tourism activity envisaged. The climate determines the length and quality of the tourism season and plays an important role in the selection and destination of tourists
