تداعيات الجائحة الحية كوفيد 19 على الأسواق المالية

Résumé: ملخص: تأثرت الأسواق المالية العالمية بحدة بالجائحة الصحية كوفيد 19 بسبب الإجراءات الوقائية والاحترازية المتخذة من قبل كل الدول لوضع حد للانتشار الرهيب الذي عرفه فيروس كورونا، إجراءات أدت إلى ركود اقتصادي وانهيار مفاجئ للأسعار داخل أكبر البورصات العالمية. أدى ترابط الأسواق المالية بفضل العولمة إلى تماثل كيفية ووقت استجابتها وتأثرها بالجائحة الصحية كورونا أما السوق المالية الجزائرية، لم تتأثر بجائحة كوفيد 19 منطوية على نفسها لاتأثر ولاتتأثر بما يحدث في الأسواق العالمية. يعود السبب في ذلك إلى انعدام المنتوجات المالية فيها، وأنها غير قادرة على استقطاب قيم أجنبية ولا مستثمرين أجانب اليها. كما أظهرت عدم قدرتها على تنشيط الاقتصاد الجزائري الذي يفتقر إلى التنوع ويعتمد كل الاعتماد على الموارد الطاقوية. Abstract : Universal financial markets have been severely affected by the Covid 19 pandemic, due to the preventives measures taken by countries for making end to the terrible spread of coronavirus, measures which have led to an economic recession and a sudden collapse in prices in the world's stock exchanges. The interdependence of financial markets cause the financial globalization has led to symmetrical reactions of the markets to the health pandemic. However the Algerian financial market, was not affected by the Covid 19 pandemic, due to the absence of financial products in algerien stock exchange, which remains unable to attract foreign securities and investors. It has also shown its inability to revitalize the Algerian economy, which lacks diversity and depends entirely on energy resources.
