التغيرات السياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية بالمغرب الأوسط في ظل الهجرة الهلالية منتصف القرن 05 هـ/11م- منتصف القرن 06 هـ/12م

Résumé: الملخص: يعد موضوع الهجرة الهلالية إلى بلاد المغرب الأوسط من المواضيع الهامة والحساسة في نفس الوقت، لأنه من جهة أولى يشمل جوانب متعددة من التاريخ السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي وحتى الثقافي للمنطقة، وهذا راجع إلى أن هجرة قبائل بني هلال وبني سليم إلى افريقية والمغرب مست مختلف هذه الجوانب وكان لها تأثير واضح عليها. ومن جهة ثانية تكمن حساسية هذا الموضوع في أنه يطرح إشكاليات كبيرة على الباحثين والدارسين، والسبب في ذلك يعود إلى أن الكتابات حوله انقسمت إلى قسمين: قسم يقف ضد الهلاليين ويصفهم بأبشع الأوصاف ويحملهم مسؤولية انحطاط المغرب في هذه الفترة وأنهم السبب في خراب ودمار العديد من مدنه وأنه انتقل من الحضارة إلى البداوة بعد هذه الهجرة، وأهم رواد هذا الاتجاه هم من الكتاب المستشرقين الاستعماريين، وقسم وقف إلى جانب الهلاليين وحاول إنصافهم عن طريق محاولة تبيين أن الهجرة الهلالية لم تكن بتلك البشاعة والفظاعة التي ألصقتها بها الكتابات الاستشراقية. وهنا يجد الباحث نفسه أمام موضوع خصب وذو أهمية كبيرة، فالهجرة الهلالية إلى بلاد المغرب الأوسط كان لها نتائج مباشرة، غيرت الكثير من أوضاعه السياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية. Abstract: The topic of the Hilalian migration to the Central Maghreb is both an important and sensitive subject. On one hand, it encompasses various aspects of the region's political, economic, social, and even cultural history. This is due to the fact that the migration of the Banu Hilal and Banu Sulaym tribes to Ifriqiya and the Maghreb affected multiple facets of the region and had a clear impact on them. On the other hand, the sensitivity of this topic lies in the significant challenges and questions it raises for researchers and scholars. The reason lies in the fact that writings on this subject have been divided into two perspectives: one opposing the Hilalians, portraying them in the most derogatory terms, holding them responsible for the decline of the Maghreb during that period, the destruction and ruin of many of its cities, and asserting that it transitioned from civilization to nomadism after this migration. The main proponents of this perspective are colonial orientalist writers. The other perspective, however, defended the Hilalians and sought to do them justice by attempting to show that the Hilalian migration was not as dreadful and atrocious as orientalists claimed. Here, the researcher finds themselves confronted with a rich and highly significant topic. The Hilalian migration to the central Maghreb had direct consequences that profoundly changed many aspects of its political, military, and economic situation.
